            Welcome to the Volunteer Registration Site for the SAS Championship!                        Volunteers are needed Monday, October 12th – Monday, October 18th.

 

Please note the structure of the registration process in 2026:

  • The volunteer shifts you select on the registration form will be your assigned shifts.
  • Several committees require approval from the Committee Chairman before the assignment of shifts. These committee members will be notified via email after registration of their assignments.
  • If you would like to volunteer with a family member or friend please coordinate with them prior to registering. This will ensure you are assigned the same shift.

Volunteer Orientation: Zoom link to be provided later                                                                                                         Monday, October 5:
  • General Orientation: 5:00pm - 5:45pm
  • Marshal Orientation: 5:45pm - 6:30pm
Volunteer Uniform Distribution: Prestonwood Country Club                                                                             Wednesday, October 7 - 3:00pm - 7:00pm
  • A-F: 3:00pm - 4:00pm
  • G-M: 4:00pm - 5:00pm
  • N-T: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
  • U-Z: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
  • ANY: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
  Saturday, October 10 - 12:30pm - 4:30 pm
  • A-F: 12:30pm - 1:30pm
  • G-M: 1:30pm - 2:30pm
  • N-T: 2:30pm - 3:30pm
  • U-Z: 3:30pm - 4:30pm
